Hi we are Jeff and Julie Cridlebaugh, we have been your neighbor for 30 plus years. As an owner, a landlord, and having served on HOA boards, We understand the challenges of property management. We have had 20 plus years in the real estate business working both in residential sales and mortgage lending.
